Job Description The role acts as the primary touchpoint for commercial performance in the given territory. The role provides strategic guidance to property leadership teams, ensuring each property executes a successful commercial strategy. The role develops commercial talent within the region and drives a culture of performance and collaboration amongst property and regional teams. Qualifications
- Background in commercial with the ability to craft compelling value propositions, customer acquisition strategies, and brand positioning.
- Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Revenue & Loyalty concepts.
- Strong understanding of market influences and impacts on supply and demand.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Master's Degree or equivalent is an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing Communications/Public Relations or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
