Main Job Purpose
Responsible for solving customers' issues about their vehicles and advising on the best course of action.Accountabilities
Workshop Service:- Assign jobs and work areas to employees according to their skills and knowledge.
- Assist and advise Service Manager with customer complaints to improve customer relationships.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all technicians.
- Perform other duties and functions as directed by Management in line with the objectives of the company.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date technical training data.
- Provide the quality of work and productivity to maintain service quality.
- Follow up on job cards after opening to align with company SLA.
- Make checklists for all vehicles received & delivered.
- Oral, written, and presentation skills
- Time Management
- Product knowledge
- Data analysis
- Results-driven and meeting customer expectations
- Reporting Skills
- General understanding of mechanical/technical terms.
Job Requirements
Education: Automotive diploma or equivalent. Computer Skills: MS Office SuiteNote: you will be required to attach the following:
