Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's mission, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, new products, revenue lines, and retention. • Drive initiatives to enhance the company's market position in Bahrain and develop entry strategies for new markets.
• Marketing Strategies: • Oversee marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and acquisition. • Identify and assess new market opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and create go-to-market plans for expanding the company's digital financial footprint in the GCC region.
• Business Development: • Expand partnerships and alliances that enhance distribution channels, bolster market penetration, and open new revenue streams. • Own P&L responsibilities, ensuring revenue and profitability goals are met across all business units.
• Leadership & Operations: • Guide engineering to develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that enable rapid deployment of new features, in line with product roadmap and country plans. • Lead the launch of new products and features that address market demands, regulatory requirements, and consumer trends.
• Regulatory Compliance: • Ensure that all business activities comply with local regulatory requirements, especially regarding consumer finance and data privacy.

Experience & Skills:

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 15+ years of experience in a leadership role in fintech, digital finance, or a related sector. • Proven success in P&L management, business expansion, and market share growth.
• Key Qualifications: • A strong background in product management, marketing strategy, and team leadership. • Familiarity with consumer finance regulations.
