Head of Arabic Language A - September 2024
Job Description We are looking for Head of Arabic Language A to join the school in September 2024. The position will assist the CEO, Principals and Vice Principal for Araic Language in shaping a vision and direction for the subject, setting out very high expectations and with a clear focus on student achievement and progress.- To play a significant role in setting aims and objectives for Arabic Langugae and in formulating the School Development Plan.
- To assist the CEO, Principals and Vice Principal for Arabic in Arabic self-review and evaluation, and in the effective planning and management of resources to secure improvements.
- To lead with the Academy's Mission, Vision and Values at the center of all decision making.
- To play a significant role in setting aims and objectives for Arabic Langugae and in formulating the School Development Plan.
- To assist the CEO, Principals and Vice Principal for Arabic in Arabic self-review and evaluation, and in the effective planning and management of resources to secure improvements.
- To lead with the Academy's Mission, Vision and Values at the center of all decision making.
- Bachelor of of Arabic Language and Literature (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in a leadership position and has been teaching Arabic Language
- Teacher qualifying Certification
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with students and colleagues and contribute to wider school life.
- Professional commitment to becoming an exceptional teacher.
- A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
- Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
