Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our Onboarding & Fitout department. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. Responsibilities: Property Inspection:
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties during the onboarding and fitout process.
- Perform day-to-day Inspection .
- Inspects properties on site and ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Check maintenance aspects if everything is working and equipment installations are in right manner.
- Inspect the current state of the property ensuring it is in a high standard.
- Report and address any issues found in any property.
- Prepare or assist in preparing properties to a ready-for-occupancy condition, prepare inspection report when required.
- Responsible for completing basic maintenance work orders as assigned at company-managed rental properties or offices.
- Report work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps needed if necessary.
- Perform other job duties including but not limited to office and interior home maintenance or other property management functions.
- Collect / deliver items that are required in the warehouse or any other location.
- During emergency to immediately attend to the required property/place (can occur any day or during night-time) in order to help prevent the emergency and provide temporary solution.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports.
- Conduct any other tasks as assigned by management.

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
