Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our Onboarding & Fitout department. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. Responsibilities: Property Inspection:

Conduct thorough inspections of properties during the onboarding and fitout process.
Perform day-to-day Inspection .
Inspects properties on site and ensure compliance with approved standards.
Check maintenance aspects if everything is working and equipment installations are in right manner.
Inspect the current state of the property ensuring it is in a high standard.
Report and address any issues found in any property.
Prepare or assist in preparing properties to a ready-for-occupancy condition, prepare inspection report when required.

Maintenance:

Responsible for completing basic maintenance work orders as assigned at company-managed rental properties or offices.
Report work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps needed if necessary.
Perform other job duties including but not limited to office and interior home maintenance or other property management functions.

Other Responsibilities:

Collect / deliver items that are required in the warehouse or any other location.
During emergency to immediately attend to the required property/place (can occur any day or during night-time) in order to help prevent the emergency and provide temporary solution.
Prepare and submit necessary reports.
Conduct any other tasks as assigned by management.

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
