Bartender

Responsible for serving beverage products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer, presenting our premium product according to the standards set out. Key Result Areas:

1. Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
2. Follows all Company drink recipes and procedures.
3. Develops an understanding of beverage regions and the differences in flavor.
4. Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks, and food items.
5. Produces consistent quality during busy times and when under pressure.
6. Reports all customer complaints to the manager on duty.
7. Answers customer questions regarding beverage blends, preparation, and product freshness.
8. Weighs, grinds, and packs beverages per customers’ orders according to Company guidelines.
9. Has extensive knowledge of all beverage items, including company drinks and raw products, and understands what works together and pairs well.
10. Orders and controls bar stock and ensures minimum waste.
11. Ensures high standards of hygiene in the work environment.

1. Minimum high school education.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
3. Good talent and knowledge of products used in the field.
4. Ability to integrate into a new work environment.
5. Knowledge of all products being worked with, including raw products, and the ability to produce consistent taste and quality in all varieties of drinks offered.
6. Knowledge of basic food hygiene and standards.
7. High interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Hard worker and team player.
9. Ability to work in a high-paced environment while maintaining required standards.
