Salary: AED 17,000 – 19,000 A leading luxury retail group is looking to hire a number of Senior Trainers for three of their divisions: beauty, gifts & head office. The Senior Trainer should be a qualified person in either one of luxury fashion, jewellery gift items, or the beauty industry, thus imparting training on those skills. This person is fully equipped in the field of specialization and represents the product to create detailed awareness to the sales team both for selling and usage. The Senior Trainer delivers outstanding customer service and uses appropriate selling techniques and product knowledge to promote and sell training courses.
Main Responsibilities:
Training:
- Develop, evaluate, design, and implement training and staff development programs.
- Design the outline and training manual.
- Deliver trainings to staff.
- Acquire multimedia aids and educational materials.
- Follow up on training needs based on performance appraisals.
- Develop a framework for testing and evaluation of training program.
- Seek new and relevant training tools.
- Organise a census of the training needs, define the training methods to be used, create a training plan, divide the training between internal and external training.
Financials:
- Participate in forecasting yearly training needs and budget.
- Optimise the use of training budget.
Liaising between different departments:
- Maintain contact with all Learners.
- Liaise and assist the Training Specialists.
- Build and maintain rapport with all departments within the organization.
