- Product Knowledge: Gaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers with their questions and purchasing decisions.
- Order Management: Managing and tracking customer orders, ensuring they are processed smoothly.
- Feedback Collection: Gathering valuable feedback from customers to help improve our services and products.
Requirements:
- Excellent English Skills: Proficiency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Empathetic and Patient: Ability to empathize with customers and remain patient in challenging situations.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective customer interactions.
