We are looking for young, energetic, talented individuals (males & females) who can speak fluent English confidently for Customer Support (CCR).

This is strictly a no sales & no target salary based job. It is a fixed salary position. The selected candidate will make and receive calls. Responsibilities:
  1. Handle and resolve customer queries to their satisfaction.
  2. Provide Word, Excel, and secretarial support to clients.
  3. Receive, direct, and relay telephone/email, fax, and text messages.
  4. Keep track of queries, incoming, and outgoing calls.
  5. Assist the admin manager in administrative tasks.
  6. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
  7. Respond to public inquiries and handle support calls.
  8. Maintain and develop professional relations with existing and new customers.
  9. Assist the staff as requested.

Job Specification

Qualifications:
  1. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  2. Strong data entry skills.
  3. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  4. Must have perfect English communication skills.
