We are looking for young, energetic, talented individuals (males & females) who can speak fluent English confidently for Customer Support (CCR).This is strictly a no sales & no target salary based job. It is a fixed salary position. The selected candidate will make and receive calls. Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer queries to their satisfaction.
- Provide Word, Excel, and secretarial support to clients.
- Receive, direct, and relay telephone/email, fax, and text messages.
- Keep track of queries, incoming, and outgoing calls.
- Assist the admin manager in administrative tasks.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Respond to public inquiries and handle support calls.
- Maintain and develop professional relations with existing and new customers.
- Assist the staff as requested.
Job Specification
Qualifications:- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Must have perfect English communication skills.
