Job Specification

1. Prospecting SMEs and exploring new markets of potential clientele.
2. Planning and strategizing Sales Plan for allocated territory on a monthly basis.
3. Meeting monthly targets.
4. Going to qualified meetings, giving a complete online demonstration of Pak-E-Property.com products & services, and closing sales.
5. Attending demonstrations and presentations of our product.
6. Preparing proposals for customers based on their needs, including creative, innovative, novel, and unique concepts and approaches with the help of Team Manager.
7. Identifying new market and business opportunities.
8. Developing marketing strategies that will raise company income.
9. Negotiating with clients and assisting/participating in the negotiations process.
10. Creating and building client relationships.
11. Attending various events organized or participated in by the company.
12. Providing timely feedback to the Team Manager regarding activities and meetings done with clients.
13. Increasing new clients as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
