Supervise the daily affairs of admission offices. Coordinate and supervise coordination with the faculties and other departments to obtain and disseminate information. Maintain appropriate inventory of prospectuses, forms, stationary, equipment and pertinent promotional material for the prospects/admission office(s). Report and timely resolve any technological, administrative, logistic, or coordination issues related to admission offices. Assist in designing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan and SOPs for systematic and smooth functioning of admission offices and enhancement of new student enrollment. Participate in, attend, manage events, conferences, and expos (as required), gather information, attract and serve prospects, and maintain fruitful professional relationships. Attend departmental meetings, prepare and present reports, share feedback, and suggest improvements. Undergo training and self-development, display commitment and teamwork, and create a positive atmosphere within the department. Assist in designing and implementing a comprehensive strategic marketing plan and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and business development by gathering data. Plan, execute, supervise, and analyze market research, satisfaction surveys, and competitor analysis, and present findings to the Marketing Manager. Work with the marketing team to develop new ideas for reaching markets using the latest techniques. Create and implement marketing communications strategies for both internal and external customers. Assist in evaluation and appointment of vendors, and liaise with designers and agencies to produce marketing materials. Supervise direct marketing activities, including telephone calls, SMS, and email blasts. Liaise with industry to secure sponsorship for events and assist with publicity and funding of marketing projects. Assist HOD in preparation and tracking of marketing expenses and inform HOD of budget variances. Plan, organize, execute, and manage university events, and liaise with Events Coordinator to maximize visibility at conferences. Form student groups within the university and engage with them in activities for marketing campaigns. Coordinate with student services to maintain useful data of alumni and faculties for marketing purposes. Identify suitable media, prepare adverts, and release them in various formats. Plan and execute effective PR campaigns, and enhance media and public relations. Understand and assist in developing business strategies, set targets, and achieve growth. Communicate with marketing team members and faculties. Prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing department as required. Compile and report results of each campaign and event to the marketing manager. Job Specification
