Job Title: Recruitment Specialist - Construction Industry (Philippines based) Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 45,000 Location: Remote Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist with a focus on the construction industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various construction roles, including project managers, site engineers, quantity surveyors, and safety officers. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry.
• Source and identify candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for construction roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and requirements.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings in construction projects.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems up to date.

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, particularly in roles related to the construction industry.
• Experience working with recruitment firms, RPO, or international clients is an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of the construction sector and its workforce demands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with industry professionals.
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
