Partnership & Community Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement:
• Act as the main point of contact for community members, ensuring their needs and feedback are addressed.
• Foster an inclusive and engaged community through regular communication, event planning, and social media interaction.
• Organize and host online and offline community events, webinars, or meetups.
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to refine strategies.
• Partnership Management:
• Identify and establish new partnerships with organizations, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with current partners, ensuring mutual goals and expectations are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with company objectives.
• Track and report on the performance and impact of partnerships, providing insights for growth opportunities.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align community and partnership strategies.
• Assist in creating partnership proposals, presentations, and promotional content.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in community management, partnerships, or event coordination (preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management tools, and online community dynamics.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships and collaborations.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
