Job Title: Senior Manager - Solar Storage Solution Job Purpose:
- To develop BMS solutions for storage applications
- To integrate BMS with Storage batteries in a racking system and test them
- Secure certifications for the Storage solutions
- To identify programmable BMS hardware options
- To develop programs for BMS for different battery applications
- To oversee the selection of the right batteries for the various solutions
- To work with battery suppliers to develop the battery packs and BMS to company specs
- To work with PCS/inverter suppliers to choose the right ones for the batteries selected based on the application
- To train the installation teams on storage solution installation
- To work with customer care
- Degree / diploma in engineering
- Knowledgeable on various battery solutions
- Greater 5-6 year of experience in Storage battery applications
- Systematic thinker and reliable, disciplined character
- Good communication skills
