ORACLE FUSION TECHNICAL LEAD

Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to join our team. As an Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing reporting solutions (BIP, OTBI, FRS, Smart View), OIC (Expertise in Web Services SOAP & REST) and Custom applications using OIC, VBCS, PCS and ADW). You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from the business, IT peers, internal and external functional consultants, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Applications solutions that enable our business requirements. Your expertise will be critical in guiding the technical design and development of Oracle Fusion reports to achieve optimal performance and scalability. Responsibilities Design, develop and deliver ERP Cloud technical solutions as per business requirements using various technical tools and technologies Provide technical expertise for implementation of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and extensions (RICE) primarily in Oracle Fusion ERP Finance, PPM, HCM, Procurement and Sales modules Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to integrate ERP Cloud with internal and third-party applications Work with stakeholders and functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs Lead technical design discussions, code reviews and deployments aligning to company standards Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations and enhancements Key Competencies / Skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of experience with primarily on Oracle Fusion on SaaS & PaaS Technologies and Oracle EBS Experience as an Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Architect with a focus and deep understanding of Oracle Cloud modules and database table structures Hands on with Reporting Tools: BIP (RTF, Excel, Bursting), OTBI, Dash boards Integration : OIC (Using WSDL, Rest, Soap APIs), deep knowledge on security, connections and processes Conversions: FBDI, ADFDI ERP Customizations: Strong knowledge and hands on experience in using Sandbox tools such as Application Composer, Page Composer, and ability to write groovy scripts

• Well versed with Oracle ERP security model including user roles, data security and report security
• Familiar with Software development Lifecycle, Jira, SharePoint, Git, CAB process
• Team player comfortable working with internal teams, SI and 3rd party service providers

Preferred Skills Functional Understanding on Fusion ERP Modules PPM, Finance, Procurement, HCM, Procurement and Sales Build Custom Applications and extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Process Cloud Service (PCS) and ADW Knowledge on FDI/FAW, OAC and other analytics tools Experience in Redwood application upgrades and extensions (Redwood CX , Redwood OTL)
