The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend technologies. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring code quality, resolving architectural challenges, and delivering innovative solutions. Technology Expertise summary:
- Lead team and conduct code reviews for quality and consistency.
- Expertise in JavaScript frameworks and Microsoft technologies for system design.
- Resolve architecture issues and optimize performance.
- Proficient in architectural frameworks and tools.

- Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
- Work with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server to design, develop, and optimize database solutions (including stored procedures, views, and performance optimization techniques).
