Job Description: Pitch Deck Designer Company: Team Flexbox (OPC) Private Limited Location: Remote (Work from Home) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Negotiable Working Days: Monday to Friday Work Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Note: International client meetings may require working beyond standard hours & 8 Hours effective work commitment which should not include your breaks). Role Overview: Team Flexbox is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Pitch Deck Designer to join our team. You will be crucial in transforming complex ideas into visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate our value propositions to clients, investors, and stakeholders. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with international clients , enhancing your global exposure and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop high-quality pitch decks, presentations, and other visual materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Figma . • Translate complex concepts into visually engaging slides with clear messaging and impactful visuals tailored to diverse client needs, including international clients . • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and leadership, to gather requirements and ensure design alignment with company goals. • Utilize Figma , Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other design tools to create custom graphics, icons, and layouts. • Ensure brand consistency across all presentations and adhere to design guidelines. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality. • Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into presentations. • Communicate effectively with the team and clients, ensuring clarity in design objectives and adapting to international client requirements Qualifications: • Proven experience in pitch deck design, presentation design, or graphic design, preferably with exposure to international clients . • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint , Figma , and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). • Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects. • Strong communication skills in English • Only Indians can apply • Flexibility to adjust work hours for international client meetings when required. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
