We have an opportunity for Enterprise Risk at Thane location with INVOICEMART - A.Treds. A.TREDS Limited (a group company of Axis Bank) is a national level online platform which facilitates financing of Receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers. TREDS is in the business of opening accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of Invoices and Bills of Exchange by way of Factoring and Reverse Factoring and provide such other services as permitted by the RBI from time-to-time. Invoicemart is an online receivable discounting platform for facilitating the short-term financial transactions in a smooth and efficient manner among the financers, buyers and sellers. To know more about the organization please visit our website Roles and Responsibilities: Risk Identification and Assessment:
- Identify and evaluate operational risks across various departments.
- Develop risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to identify potential operational risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Ensure the implementation of risk controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with different teams to address risk issues and implement corrective measures.
- Monitor operational risk indicators and metrics. 2.
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management. 3.
- Manage regular Risk meetings with senior Stakeholders and review RCSAs and KRIs
- To Manage third parties, third-party contacts, external risk assessments and issues.
- To identify potential risks associated with third-party interactions, such as cybersecurity vulnerabilities, non- compliance with regulations, operational inefficiencies, or financial instability
- To gather information security controls evidence from third parties.
- Assist in the development and updating of operational risk policies and procedures.
- Ensure policies are aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- To conduct UAT for ORM development and implementation
- Maintain and oversee business continuity management program including appropriate testing
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports
- Bachelor's/ master’s degree in management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a risk management role, preferably in an NBFC or financial services environment.
- Experience in operational risk and knowledge of operational risk management framework
- Risk Identification, Risk Monitoring, Risk Mitigation, Risk Reporting Techniques and systems
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint., PowerBI or other data visualization tools
- Check and challenge the Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) produced by 1st line of defence before validation by the management.
- Strong knowledge of Operational Risk in Lending domain.
- Strong Analytical Aptitude and logical reasoning ability.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
