Job Overview: We’re hiring a mid-level sales development representative to join our growing team in India! The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and can wear multiple hats while closing new businesses. You will get to be part of the exhilarating 0-1 journey and get to work closely with our senior leadership. The company in question is leading the way in the DevOps SaaS space in Japan, and already has a great number of reputable clients in Japan. Requirements ● Hunter mindset with at least 3 to 5 years of quota-carrying SaaS software sales experience. ● Have experience selling to C-levels ● Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota for the past 2 - 3 years in B2B SaaS ● Positive and energetic cold-calling skills and excellent listening skills ● Experience at an early-stage tech startup and/or proven track record operating in the earliest stages of a sales team Responsibilities ● Propose, design, and implement workflows for outbound outreach, ensuring efficiency, scalability, with ownership. ● Source and qualify top-of-the-funnel leads. ● Build a pipeline of prospects and develop sales opportunities, primarily through outbound prospecting and leveraging existing networks. ● Connect and build relationships with prospective B2B customers. ● Demonstrate Findy’s value through phone calls and virtual/in-person platform demos. ● Manage, track, and report on all sales activities in the CRM. ● Meet and over-achieve pipeline targets and key performance metrics. ● Work closely with new clients during the POC in collaboration with the Tech Team. ● Contribute to creating marketing material and work closely with marketing on lead generation and campaign execution.
