Job Description
- Coordinate port calls for vessels, including scheduling arrivals and departures, berth assignments, and pilotage arrangements.
- Liaise with port authorities, terminal operators, customs, and other relevant parties to ensure compliance with regulations and smooth execution of port operations.
- Monitor vessel movements and provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their vessels.
- Resolve operational issues and challenges in a proactive and efficient manner, minimizing disruptions to vessel operations.
- Maintain accurate records of vessel activities, cargo movements, and port charges, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
