EA to CEO - Fintech firm

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing fin-tech firm, Swisslinx is currently seeking an EA to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This individual will thrive in a dynamic office environment, demonstrating flexibility while maintaining confidentiality regarding high-level operations. The successful candidate should hold the following skills:

1. 5-10 years of experience working as EA in an international financial investment firm, management consultancy, reputable bank, fintech firm, or legal environment.
2. Must be currently based in Dubai.
3. Experience in working with C-level executives.
4. Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
5. Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
7. Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses.
8. Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.
9. Legal background or experience is desirable.
