Internal Sales Rep - Glasnevin

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through in-person communication, phone calls, and emails. Ensure that all queries are processed efficiently and follow-up actions are completed.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant activities to support business operations and reporting requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of products, resolving any issues that may arise during the supply chain process.
• Work closely with external sales representatives to ensure that customer quotes, orders, and requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with computerized accounting systems will be considered advantageous.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities with a keen focus on effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proven experience in working under time constraints, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Capable of working independently, taking initiative and ownership of tasks, and being proactive in problem-solving.
