In this role, you’ll manage cross-functional teams, ensure project timelines are met, and optimize our eCommerce operations. - Lead and manage eCommerce projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and sales, to define project requirements and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of eCommerce platforms, tools, and integrations.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively while addressing any risks or roadblocks.
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and success.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
