Role SAS Visual Analytics Consultant Technical Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience using SAS
- Development of dashboards and explorations in SAS Visual Analytics, specifically:
- Customized GeoMaps with custom shapes/polygons
- Geomap with network
- Geomap with time path
- Scheduling and Automation of VA report generation
- Embedding of stored process or SAS Viya job within Visual Analytics
- Report Builder
- Parameterization of Visual Analytics reports
- Setting up object interaction
- Designing the VA Report/Dashboard Layout
- Designing the input data required to fulfill the VA Report Views
- Preparing the data using SAS Studio, Base SAS or SQL
- Base SAS Programming, SAS Viya Programming, SQL Programming and Python Programming
- Optimizing VA Report Performance
- Manage the SAS Security, Role Base Access and Row level security for the VA Report
- Preferably also has experience on SAS Visual Investigator
- Embedding Visual Analytics reports in Visual Investigator
- Passing parameters from Visual Investigator to Visual Analytics
- Working with VI Map Objects/Controls/Views
- Building Custom Controls in Visual Investigator
