This is a dynamic business seeking an innovative and passionate manager who leads by example and has the command and credentials to manage this boutique. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years' experience as a Store Manager within a luxury brand, be highly commercial and driven, with a strong track record of developing team members and being hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate and coach client advisors to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate sales leadership for staff on the selling floor.
• Manage the clienteling function in the store.
• Ensure client advisors are knowledgeable of all company products and information.
• Enhance cross-selling across categories.
• Provide feedback on product assortment and buying trends.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure the highest level of customer service every day.
• Partner with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate assortment.
• Maintain the presentation of displays and visual areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years' experience as a Store Manager within a luxury brand.
• Highly commercial and driven.
• Track record of developing team members.
