Merchandise Manager (Buying) Luxury Fashion

An iconic Luxury fashion brand is seeking an experienced Merchandise Manager with strong experience in RTW and Footwear. Key Responsibilities:
  • 5+ years at the Sr. Buyer, Merchandise Manager or Divisional Merchandise Manager level within a large luxury Retail Environment
  • Experience in leading a team of Merchants while working cross-functionally
  • Strong Merchandising experience and Retail mindset
  • Demonstrates commercial instinct and passion for product
  • Strong analytical and retail maths skills
  • Proven experience of working with a regional retail buying team within a designer market
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Proven experience of managing the merchandising assortment internationally
The Successful Applicant:
  • Minimum 5-7 years merchandising or buying experience in a similar brand
  • Ability to take ownership and initiative for the business
  • Strong managerial skills and ability to work cross-functionally
