Job Description

At Damac Hotels and Resorts, we create a unique living experience for our guests with our proposition, ''There's no place like Maison''. We are expanding and currently looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our TA team. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:
  1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting methods to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  2. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for our organization.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  4. Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the job market to attract top talent.
  6. Employer Branding: Promote our company culture and values to attract candidates who align with our mission and vision.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Min. 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Agency with Hospitality clients or In House.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
