Job details
Conduct sales activities to generate leads and close deals with Russian and Arabic speaking clients. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the target market. Provide product knowledge and information to customers in Russian and Arabic languages. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support in a timely and professional manner. Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Minimum Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian or Arabic languages is a must.
- Experience in sales or customer service role is preferred.
