Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for organisational design and development.
  • Drive talent management strategies to support a high-performing organisation.
  • Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programmes.
  • Manage the process of culture change to ensure alignment with the company's mission and vision.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to resolve organisational challenges.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
  • Facilitate team development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to senior leaders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Organisational Development, Psychology, HR or related field.
  • Proven experience in a consulting company.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management and leadership development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organisation.
