Summary: The Junior Accountant is responsible for providing accounting support to the organization. This includes a variety of tasks, such as:

Processing invoices and payments
Maintaining accounts payable and receivable
Preparing financial reports
Assisting with audits

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an accounting role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
Prepare financial reports, such as the balance sheet and income statement
Assist with audits by providing documentation and answering questions
Other accounting tasks as assigned
