We are currently seeking a Projects Stakeholder Coordinator to manage communications, approvals, and public relations efforts for our Landscape Construction Projects. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between various stakeholders, including municipal authorities, the local community, and clients. This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of local culture, and proficiency in both Arabic and English. The coordinator will ensure that the project obtains necessary permits and maintains positive relationships with all involved parties. Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for municipalities and authorities, initiating and maintaining dialogue for permits and approvals as directed by the Engineer.
  • Handle, address, and resolve public feedback, conflicts, and complaints related to the project in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute clear, accurate written correspondence and verbal communication as per project needs.
  • Assist in the preparation of No Objection Certificate (NOC) requests and coordinate with stakeholders to produce drawings, reports, and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement public relations programs, including the creation and distribution of notices, flyers, and other materials to inform the public about the commencement of work.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and proactively address any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, approvals, and agreements.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders while professionally representing the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (subject to the approval).
  • 2-5 years of demonstrable experience in public relations work related to authorities and public engagement in landscape construction projects.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong understanding of local culture, customs, and practices.
  • Proven ability to liaise with municipal authorities and secure permits effectively.
  • Experience in handling and resolving public complaints and providing constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in creating written materials such as notices and reports.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
