Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop plans for organizing all matters related to warehouse operations (raw materials, final product, in-process product, and storage spaces).
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control in accordance with entry and exit.
- Conduct continuous stock checks and maintain accurate stock records, either on the computer system or as otherwise directed by the Company.
- Ensure that consumable items do not go below minimum stockholding, and report if this happens.
- Identify stock purchases for procurement and raise purchasing requisitions for the same.
- Supervise and control the issuing and receiving of tools, spares, fuel, lubricants, and other stock items on a day-to-day basis, ensuring their safety, serviceability, and cleanliness.
