Are you a highly organized and dedicated individual with a passion for education? We are seeking a Center Coordinator to join our prestigious education institute in Abu Dhabi. As a Center Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our institute. If you have excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, a commitment to providing top-notch service, and a desire to contribute to the success of students, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
- Coordinate the daily operations of the education center, including scheduling, resource management, and student services.
- Manage student enrollment and registration processes.
- Collaborate with instructors and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational services.
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of educational materials and resources.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain students.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about courses and programs.
- Manage administrative tasks such as record-keeping, budget management, and report generation.
- Support students in their academic journey and address their concerns or needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in education administration or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of the education landscape in Abu Dhabi is a plus.
