- Word een expert op het gebied van klantrelaties door de unieke wervingsbehoeften van je klant te begrijpen
- Toon je consulting vaardigheden door vacatures te beheren en toptalent aan te trekken
- Strategische matchmaking: link kandidaten aan functies die aansluiten bij hun specifieke vaardigheden en competenties
- Organiseer sollicitatiegesprekken en geef kandidaten tijdige en waardevolle feedback
- Business development: ontwikkel je portfolio door proactief nieuwe klanten te benaderen
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma op zak; een eerste ervaring in sales of rekrutering is mooi meegenomen
- Je houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket, je hebt veel interesse in rekrutering en je hebt een natuurlijke commerciële flair
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands (verplicht) en spreekt daarnaast vlot Engels en Frans
- Je werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving waarbij je doelen nastreeft en tegelijkertijd kwalitatieve service levert
