Responsibilities TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. At TikTok, our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok's global headquarters are in Los Angeles and Singapore, and its offices include New York, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo. We are looking for talented individuals to join us as a graduate in 2025. Graduate programs at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. TikTok Live MENAT Operation aims to inspire interactive creation and drive live business growth in MENA. We have team members with diverse backgrounds and different talents, including creator management, data analysis, event planning, content strategy, and compliance management. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyse user cohort behavior and performance, and use operation and product methods to improve live streaming performance data.
  2. Level up the live streaming content quality by implementing streamer education programs and streamer daily communication.
  3. Plan and implement online/offline events to drive streamers revenue growth.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2025 and available to start in January or May 2025.
  2. Quick learner, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  3. Clear logic, enjoys analyzing the essence of things, and excels at systematically solving problems.
  4. Good team communication, data analysis, structured presentation skills, and project promotion capabilities.
  5. Proficient in English and Arabic as a working language.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Relevant internship experience in internet product positions.
  2. Chinese language preferred but not essential.
