Job details
RESPONSIBILITY
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
- UAE Driving License.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting and solving client complaints.
- Maintenance experience in HVAC, electricity, and plumbing.
- High School Diploma/Bachelor's or equivalent qualification.
- Certification for HVAC, building maintenance technology, electrician, and any relevant field is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
