• Primarily handle installing, configuring, and supporting firewalls to ensure network security.
• Troubleshooting network problems and reducing downtime.
• Monitor network performance and optimize configurations to improve speed and reliability.
• Provide technical support for network-related problems and solutions to internal teams.
• Conduct regular network audits and maintain documentation for network setups and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security and compliance with standards.
• Install and configure networking hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure proper backup and disaster recovery procedures for network devices.

• 5 years’ experience as a Network Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Required certifications: CCNA and CCNP.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and network security practices.
• A bachelor's degree in network engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of network management software and technologies.
