Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied caseload of broad healthcare law matters
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert legal advice to clients.
- Represent public sector clients in Inquiries, proceedings and alternative resolution negotiations
- Collaborate with senior partners and colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent client service.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations, legislation and legal trends relevant to healthcare law.
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years experience in Healthcare law.
- Proven track record in advisory to public sector agencies, statutory enquiries and complaints
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Detailed knowledge of Healthcare Law and regulatory issues.
- Strong oral advocacy skills and the ability to represent clients effectively in court.
- Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to legal practice.
- Experience of presenting preliminary applications to Committees of Inquiry
