- Drive credit card revolver portfolio optimization, profitability by implementing actions/campaigns across the life cycle of cardholders to improve engagement and customer experience.
- Analyse and manage Credit Card revolver portfolio to generate insights for new business opportunities and participate in strategic planning to ensure alignment to business goals.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Customer Centre, Technology, etc) on alignment of financials impact/methodology, waiver rate, mitigating attrition rate and enhancements.
- Forecasting and tracking of key financial lines (ENR, GII, Fees, etc).
- Handle investigation and respond to customer queries or issues.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Bachelor Degree in Business / Finance with 4 to 7 years experience.
- Strong analytical skills with keen understanding of and interest in data/financial analysis.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple priorities and to determine the most appropriate solution based on organisational and stakeholder needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, takes initiatives and demonstrates the ability to work independently.
