Sales Advisor - Loyalty Team

We are looking for an ambitious Loyalty Advisor to join our Retention and Loyalty team on a full time basis at PrepayPower’s state of the art head office in Sandyford, Dublin 18. The successful candidate will be highly target driven, hardworking, and motivated . This is an entry-level role with a clear progression structure. Joining the Retention team will offer a higher salary, an uncapped commission structure, and hybrid working options & you will be supported by a Senior Retention agent along the way. Progress to a Retention Advisor within 5 months and a Senior Retention Agent within 12 months with the help of our Training, Mentor Program, and guidance from our supervisors. • First point of contact for Retention calls - renegotiating customer contracts
• Focus on minimising pre-churn via phone, SMS, email contact and use of various systems
• Updating historical customer account around retention/cancellation issues
• Maintaining daily/weekly and monthly retention KPI’s and achieve targets
• Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required

Essential Experience & Skills to Succeed:

• Considerable attention to detail desired
• Have excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner
• Experience in a similar role and using CRM systems is an advantage
