Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Sous Chef , for one of our well-established clients in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. Our client is renowned for providing the highest quality of cuisine and hospitality and excels in customer service. As the Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef, organise and run the service smoothly, and manage the team. This busy restaurant has an excellent reputation for food and service with a strong core of repeat business from their clientele. Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years Sous Chef experience essential for this role.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage a busy kitchen and team, work within a team and on their own.
• Flexible to work 40 hours per week / mornings, lunches, and evenings / 5 days a week to include weekends.

Package On Offer:

• Competitive Salary of between €40,000 - €42,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
• Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
