• Project Leadership:- Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Management:- Regularly update senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Quality and Compliance:- Ensure all renovations meet the hotel's quality standards and brand requirements.- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Budget and Cost Control:- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.- Prepare and present cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Risk Management:- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Vendor and Contract Management:- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other vendors.
• Documentation and Reporting:- Track activities and progress of works at site.- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, contracts, and correspondence.- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to the Director of Projects and other stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, specifically in construction, hospitality renovation, rebranding projects, and fit-out experience.
• Previous work experience in Bahrain is required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of handling project management software like Primavera.
• Knowledge of Auto CAD or any graphic software would be an advantage.
• Previous experience with Marriott International is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
