The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving set objectives, supporting the annual business plan, and ensuring efficient department operations.Main Responsibilities:
- Communicates business goals and updates effectively across teams.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of room types, restaurants, conference facilities, and current market rates.
- Maintains open communication channels to address customer feedback, collaborating with relevant departments for resolution.
- Recommends ideas to enhance guest and staff satisfaction and improve service quality.
- Monitors guest feedback closely, communicates results, and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Participates in training programs to enhance personal and departmental standards.
- Ensures team members possess necessary skills to meet expectations.
- Proposes recommendations to management for modernizing equipment and services.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:- A degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
- At least five years of experience in international luxury hospitality, ideally with exposure to the MENA region.
- Proven skills in leadership, coaching, development, recruitment, and alignment within Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
- Experience in strategic commercial planning and execution.
