Working for a large banking client, as Project Manager, you will hold accountability for the successful delivery large and complex IT projects. Utilizing an agreed-upon project methodology, the focus includes robust risk and issues management, comprehensive documentation, and efficient project management within a stringent schedule. Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Fully Responsible for defining, documenting, and successfully completing complex projects through the entire project lifecycles for consumer banking project.
  • Preparing powerpoint presentation to business stakeholders and senior management
  • Ensuring appropriate control, change control, risk management, and testing processes.
  • Monitors and controls resources, revenue, and capital costs against the project budget, managing expectations of all project stakeholders.
  • Preparing status and MIS reporting to senior management
  • Works with stakeholders to agree and implement short-term and medium-term modifications to demand, maintaining a register of business requests and reporting as required.
  • Manage project across all stages of project lifecycles leading to implementation
Key Selection Criteria:
  • Bachelor Degree with min 12 years of experience in IT
  • Current project management accreditation PMP / PRINCE2 preferred and Agile in addition would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated prior success in delivery of complex IT application project
  • Prior experience in managing projects in banking industry with min 5 years experience
  • Extensive project lifecycle experience understanding the planning and delivery of projects in its entirety.
  • Excellent presentation skills and advance knowledge in powerpoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
