Position Overview: The Admin & Government Relations Coordinator will manage essential administrative tasks related to immigration, labor services, and government documentation. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Immigration Services: Process new visa applications, renewals, and cancellations, while ensuring all documents meet government requirements. Handle specialized visa processes, such as visit visas, golden visas, and dependents visas. Closely monitor new procedures, policies & requirements.
  • Labor Services: Manage new employment contracts, labor card renewals, and cancellations. Handle less frequent processes, such as sponsored labor cards, UAE Nationals employment contracts, and GPSS registrations. Extract monthly MOL employees List, Monthly WPS reports, and Quarterly Emiratization reports.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain important records (e.g., receipts, invoices, applications, contracts) for expense submission, status tracking, and future reference. Track visa and labor expirations using proper KPI monitoring and tracking files.
  • Document Attestation: Complete document attestation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and relevant embassies.
  • Other Responsibilities: Manage employee files and documents, ensuring all documents are up to date. Manage employee relations file. Ensure alignment between internal employment contracts and labor contracts. Manage embassy visa applications as needed. Renew trade licenses.
Requirements:
  • Emirati National
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication skills, including effective email writing
  • Experience in dealing with government entities and processes
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
