Factory Head of Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and reliable operations of factory equipment and facilities.
• Lead and inspire a team of maintenance technicians and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance, to minimize production disruptions and maximize equipment uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance work, ensuring minimal impact on production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effective management.
• Implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics.
• Identify and address equipment performance issues, safety concerns, and process improvements in collaboration with engineering, operations, and safety departments.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including cost control measures, vendor contracts, and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
