Job details
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Finance Business Partner on behalf of a well-known UAE-headquartered holding company to drive strategic financial planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) , commercial finance , and controllership , with the ability to align financial insights with business goals. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business objectives.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to influence decision-making and drive profitability.
- Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to ensure financial alignment with business strategies.
- Oversee controllership activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate key financial metrics, trends, and insights to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus).
- 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, and controllership, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented and strategic mindset.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
