We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Finance Business Partner on behalf of a well-known UAE-headquartered holding company to drive strategic financial planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) , commercial finance , and controllership , with the ability to align financial insights with business goals. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business objectives.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to influence decision-making and drive profitability.
Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to ensure financial alignment with business strategies.
Oversee controllership activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop financial models and scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
Drive process improvements in financial reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
Communicate key financial metrics, trends, and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus).
5-7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, and controllership, preferably in fast-paced environments.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented and strategic mindset.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
