Associate Managing and Creative Director

Nimblebot is seeking a dynamic and visionary Associate Managing and Creative Director to join our leadership team. This role combines strategic oversight, creative excellence, and operational acumen to drive the agency's success. The ideal candidate will excel at managing teams, delivering innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless execution of projects that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management
  1. Collaborate with the Managing Director to set and implement the agency's strategic vision and goals.
  2. Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality creative work on time and within budget.
  3. Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and operational efficiency.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Creative Direction
  1. Develop and articulate creative visions for campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand strategies.
  2. Review and approve creative concepts, deliverables, and campaigns, ensuring excellence and innovation.
  3. Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating fresh and relevant ideas into client work.
  4. Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
  5. Partner with account managers, strategists, and production teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and seamless execution.
  6. Act as a liaison between creative teams and senior management to align priorities and address challenges.
Business Development
  1. Lead creative strategy development for pitches and proposals, delivering compelling presentations to potential clients.
  2. Identify new business development opportunities and secure new business.
  3. Mentor and support the growth of creative and management team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  4. Optimize workflows and processes to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications
  1. Experience: Minimum 7 years in a senior creative leadership role, preferably in an agency environment.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  3. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective creative work.
  4. Skills:
  5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  6. Strong creative instincts and a track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
  7. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  9. Proficiency in creative tools and platforms, with a solid understanding of production processes.
  10. Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
