JPC- 4250 OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR Location: Abu Dhabi Client: Government entity Interview will be face to face in Cairo, Egypt on 25th to 27th Jan 2025. Role: LEAD OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR Experience: 15+ years Qualification, Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Civil or Naval.
- 15 years of experience with proven offshore operations experience.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Superior knowledge of offshore operations, personnel & equipment.
- Lead a team comprising various disciplines for different aspects of offshore construction engineers & offshore construction managers.
- Manage, coordinate, and assign construction team resources for multiple small and mega-sized projects.
- Contribute to the company overall marine spread schedule on a regular basis.
- Implement COMPANY strategy for offshore construction plans.
- Monitor the cost of all projects in coordination with Project Directors.
