We're on the hunt for a phenomenal assistant to join our team and support a very busy business owner. Our business has been thriving for five years, and with our rapid growth, having a rockstar assistant is absolutely essential for us to reach the next level. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be handling:

Operational Support

Managing documents and handling bureaucratic processes like:
Trademarks
Opening bank accounts
Signing contracts with partners, such as international shipping providers

Branding & Business Growth Tasks

Updating and refining our website
Creating and rolling out branded merchandise

Bringing Marketing Ideas to Life

Launching SMS and email campaigns
Organizing local events to engage with our audience

For tasks requiring specialized skills, you'll have the flexibility to hire contractors. Your main role will be to make ideas happen, solve problems, and bring projects to life. Project-based bonuses: Up to $5,000 per project
Even though this position has a 3-month probation period, the project-based bonus system will apply right after the onboarding (2 weeks).
